All massage equipment at Massage Tables Direct comes with a 12-month STANDARD WARRANTY covering the cost of repair and/or replacement of the equipment.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Photo evidence is required, where applicable, before we collect the defective item from you and send out a replacement, both at our cost.

RETURNS must be authorized by us before being shipped. An Return Authorization Number will be allocated and all return goods must be boxed and packed securely for shipping with the RA number attached to the box.
